We are looking for an ambitious (Senior) Partner Sales Manager for our DACH region to run the strategic partnerships on the DACH market and drive revenue generation through partners. The mission of this role is scale the partner recruitment and partner sales.
You will manage a set of existing Agicap partners and recruit new partners in order to enable the next growth stage of Agicap in Germany, Austria & Switzerland enabling Agicaps growth to a 100M€+ ARR SaaS business.
The role reports to the Head of Partnerships DACH and is working together closely with our DACH Partner Managers.

📊 What you will do:

  • Recruit new partners from the first contact through the negotiation to the contract signature
  • Enable new and existing partners on Agicap sales
  • Set up business plans with the partners and work together with them on the target achievement
  • Organize strategic meetings with partners, run Go-to-Market activities with them like webinars, physical events and trade fairs

👀 What we're looking for:

  • Graduate in Business Administration (Bachelor or Master)
  • Fluent in German & English in a business setting
  • Well-founded experience in sales of a SaaS product
  • You are independent, confident, and creative in finding new strategic sales channels and revenue opportunities.
  • You have a hands-on mentality; ambitious goals motivate you to find creative and targeted approaches.
  • You have strong communication skills that help you convince others and win them over to your projects.
