As an implementation consultant, your main mission is to ensure that new customers adopt and gain value from Agicap as efficiently, and quickly as possible—driving satisfaction, retention, and long-term success. This can be done remotely or at the customer's office.
To achieve that you will focus on 4 pillars :

⭐ Your mission as an Implementation Consultant:
- Customer Centric Project Management
- Define & communicate clear implementation plan
- Set the right expectations from the customer: define clear next steps, deadlines, and deliverables with responsibilities
- Understand your clients' challenges and needs in order to provide the best implementation plan
- Escalate promptly, in a structured approach, to you team lead / manager critical cases to define and implement an action
- Chose the best possible setup in Agicap to ensure the adoption of the customer, based on their needs
- Ensure that the data integration setup implemented fits the customer needs by collaborating with the CSTech department
- Contribute directly to the development of our product by sharing client feedback with the technical and product teams and beta-testing prototypes
- Support and train new clients in their first implementation or existing customers in the adoption of new features
- Develop personal relationships on a daily basis with users and decision-makers
- Provide your clients with the best possible experience
- Ensure proper adoption of the tool to guarantee customer retention
- Maintain high satisfaction indicators (NPS/CSAT)
- Share your expertise and ideas to help improve team performance
- Be a true growth driver through upselling, with an emphasis on sticky features
- Respect and suggest improvement of actual process to boost prioritization and efficiency (including feedback to be shared with Sales department)
- Fill in properly CRM to have the most updated data
- Report regularly on performance
- Share your expertise and best practices with the team
- Provide qualitative handovers to the teams you are working with to increase quality and speed of action of those teams

👪 What are we looking for :
- You have strong customer relationship skills: you have between 1 or 3 years of experience in customer relations (ideally as a Customer Success Manager in SaaS, with experience in FinTech being a bonus).
- Or you have strong financial skills: you have 1-3 years of experience in financial audit, management control, or in implementing financial tools (such as ERP accounting, management, or treasury systems).
- You have an excellent level of Spanish and are able to lead full business conversations
- You are capable of multitasking and managing changing priorities within tight deadlines.
- You enjoy challenges and strive to exceed your goals.
- You are eager to move quickly, to meet with our users frequently, and to pick up the phone to help them.
- You love advising, arguing, and convincing.
