Missions
- Bring and share your Treasury expertise across all teams to foster Agicap’s mid-market move in Germany
- Contribute to execute Agicap’s multi-product strategy, with a specific focus on the DACH market.
As a Strategic Projects Manager, you will be responsible for the management of impactful projects for Agicap. Working closely with Thomas, VP Strategy and Agicap’s management team, you will play a major role in AGICAP's hypergrowth.
You will lead transverse projects and support multiple teams including product management, marketing, sales, and customer success, with a strong focus on DACH region. We expect you to:
Key responsibilities
- Business Development: launch new countries / new offers or products, and if so, structure and manage Sales and Customer Success teams ; explore new partnership opportunities
- Go-to-market: explore and test new sales or partnership approaches, develop business with new customer profiles, adapt and roll-out packaging & pricing strategy
- Operations excellence: revamp internal processes with Operations teams (Customer Success, Sales, Partnerships), define and roll-out compensation plans, support Operation Managers and contribute to the change management, contribute to Sales / Customer Success enablement, lead PMO on the most strategic projects for Agicap
- Product: along with the Product team, identify product priorities for DACH market, identify and negotiate potential technological partnerships
- M&A: identify and assess M&A opportunities, lead due-diligence process
The Strategic Projects team has notably worked on the following projects since 2023:
Qualifications
- 3-10 years of experience in Treasury Management, either in a consulting firm or in a SaaS provider
- Master's degree in a top business or engineering school
- A Doer mindset and an appetite for diving into operational problems
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to provide actionable recommendations and contribute to their execution
- Ideally an extensive knowledge of the German Treasury Management space
- And a strong interest in the financial challenges of mid-market companies
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- The ability to adapt to a fast-scaling environment
- The ability to work with diverse teams (Sales, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, etc.) and to drive, coach, and improve the performance of their team
- Native language: German
- Fluent English required
