We’re looking for a hands-on, experienced Financial Controller ready to help structure and scale our finance operations. Reporting to the VP Finance, you’ll play a key role in the design and implementation of our financial processes, tools, and systems. You’ll contribute to the reliability of our reporting, the clarity of our performance indicators, and the robustness of our budgeting and forecasting practices. You will also support strategic initiatives such as long-term planning and fundraising preparation. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the Finance team in designing and deploying scalable financial systems to enable the company’s growth
  • Implement and improve tools to streamline financial reporting and performance tracking
  • Help establish agile and pragmatic financial management processes adapted to a fast-paced environment
  • Contribute to shaping the financial roadmap and structuring financial planning processes
  • Assist in preparing fundraising documentation and financial models for investors
  • Contribute to the development of financial controlling practices adapted to a deeptech scale-up context
  • Produce and secure monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting - Ensure consistency and reliability across financial data sources and tools
  • Build and maintain dashboards for operational teams and leadership
  • Take part in annual budget construction and rolling forecasts
  • Deliver high-value financial analysis to support data-informed decision-making

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in financial control, ideally in an industrial or R&D-intensive company
  • Experience implementing or adapting ERP and financial tools
  • Advanced Excel skills and good command of financial modeling techniques
  • Full working proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written - Familiarity with French accounting standards (French GAAP)
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent
