We are looking for a skilled and experienced Manual/Automation Software QA Engineer with a background in designing and implementing test automation strategies across web, API, and mobile platforms. In this role, you will lead efforts to ensure the highest quality of our products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including developers and product managers to define quality standards and best practice.

• Perform comprehensive manual and/or automation testing for complex web-based systems and API testing.
• Execute and maintain manual test cases to ensure end-to-end test coverage.
• Identify, log, verify bugs, working collaboratively with development teams to resolve issues quickly.
• Perform regular testing on both mobile and desktop platforms.
• Analyze test results and quality metrics to drive improvements in the development process.
• Utilize test and defect management tools such as Monday/JIRA.
• Select and implement appropriate tools and technologies for different layers of testing (e.g., Cypress, Playwright, Postman, Selenium).
• Write high-quality test documentation (STD, STP).

• At least 4 years of hands-on experience in manual software testing – mandatory.
• Hands-on experience testing web and mobile applications (Android/iOS) –
• Solid experience in API testing using tools like Postman or similar – mandatory.
• Experience with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, Monday).
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and analytical thinking.
• In-depth knowledge and experience with SQL and databases –
• Experience in building and maintaining automation infrastructures for cloud systems, using technologies such as Selenium and/or Playwrite/Cypress.

• Experience with performance and load testing tools (e.g., JMeter, k6).
• Familiarity with tools like Docker or Kubernetes and cloud platforms like Azure.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and test integration in DevOps workflows (GitHub Actions).
