We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Customer Training and Education. This pivotal role is perfect for a passionate individual committed to empowering customers to maximize the value of their Contrast subscription. You will collaborate closely with Account Managers, Customer Solutions Architects, and Professional Services teams to design and deliver impactful training materials across AppSec, DevOps, SecOps, and Developer audiences. This comprehensive training program will be instrumental in accelerating product adoption, boosting license utilization, minimizing customer churn, and driving expansion through exceptional customer satisfaction and demonstrated value. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding communication skills and a proven track record in technology training. We are looking for a proactive leader ready to take initiative and drive projects from conception to successful completion.
Responsibilities:
Design and develop world-class, customer-facing learning programs
Define the core curriculum strategy and establish an ongoing measurement framework for Contrast University
Strategically align learning initiatives with key business objectives and priorities
Contribute to the development and maintenance of technical training content, practical lab exercises, engaging presentations, and accompanying certification materials
Ensure all training materials are consistently up-to-date by seamlessly integrating product release updates
Collaborate cross-functionally to guarantee that training content is accurate, relevant, and highly effective for diverse audiences and business needs
Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs
Champion continuous improvement, embracing new ideas to deliver increasingly impactful training experiences

Become a recognized expert on Contrast Products, leveraging deep product knowledge and fostering strong relationships
Skills/Experience:
Exceptional oral presentation skills, interpersonal communication, and professional writing abilities
Demonstrated capacity to deliver engaging, visually rich, and hands-on learning experiences
Superior project management skills, with the ability to guide projects to successful outcomes and ensure clear, consistent communication with all relevant stakeholders
Strong prioritization skills, adept at managing multiple simultaneous projects with attention to detail
A proactive self-starter with a bias for action and a willingness to dive into the specifics
Minimum of 8 years of experience in the technology industry with 5+ years of solid experience in building and delivering technical training
Proven experience in designing and developing technical training content for a technical subject matter
Technical background in application security, software development, security operations, or DevOps is a significant advantage
Prior experience administering a Learning Management System (LMS) with a preference for Docebo
Experience in developing self-paced training content, preferably utilizing Articulate Rise/Storyline
