As a Mid Market Account Executive, you’ll play a key role in our continued growth by acquiring new customers through a proactive outbound sales motion. You’ll own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, working with senior decision-makers to solve complex workplace challenges and deliver measurable business outcomes.

- Consistently exceed quarterly and annual ARR targets through a proactive outbound sales motion.
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline in HubSpot by prospecting, qualifying, and developing mid-market and enterprise accounts.
- Generate new business through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, networking, and strategic account planning.
- Own the full sales cycle, from discovery and product demonstrations to negotiation, procurement, and contract signature, across mid-market and enterprise deals.
- Develop multi-threaded opportunities by engaging business and technical stakeholders, champions, economic buyers, and executive sponsors.
- Apply structured sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC to qualify opportunities, build compelling business cases, and maintain an accurate forecast.
- Clearly articulate deskbird's value proposition and ROI, tailoring your approach to each customer's business challenges.
- Maintain excellent CRM hygiene, forecast accuracy, and pipeline visibility in HubSpot.
- Collaborate closely with Business Development, Marketing, Customer Success, and Solutions Engineering to maximize customer success and revenue growth.
- Stay informed on mid-market and enterprise workplace trends, competitor activity, and customer challenges to continuously improve your outbound strategy.
- Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and a hunter mentality. You proactively create opportunities and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- 5+ years of experience closing B2B SaaS deals, with a proven track record of consistently exceeding quota.
- Proven experience selling into the US market and managing complex mid-market or enterprise sales cycles.
- Strong outbound prospecting skills with the ability to build your own pipeline through strategic account planning and multi-channel outreach.
- Experience building multi-threaded opportunities by engaging champions, economic buyers, technical stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
- Experience using structured enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC,Challenger, or Sandler.
- Strong commercial acumen with excellent discovery, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills, and the ability to articulate business value and ROI.
- Proficiency with HubSpot and modern sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong, Aircall, and sales engagement platforms.
