At deskbird, your impact is visible from day one. Your progression is tied to performance (not tenure), and your work directly shapes how we tell our story as we scale.

We're a leading workplace management platform, backed by $23M Series B funding and trusted by global brands. The company is founder-led and fast-moving, and we're building a high-performance culture without the corporate politics.

Our platform brings together three propositions: deskbird Experience, the app employees use every day to plan their office time; deskbird Intelligence, which shows companies how their office is really used; and deskbird Operations, the add-ons that help workplace teams run their offices. As Junior Product Marketing Manager, you'll help bring these to market. You'll turn product knowledge into clear messaging, content, and enablement that Sales and Marketing can use right away.

This is a hands-on role for someone early in their product marketing career who wants to learn fast and take on more ownership over time.

  1. Bring launches to market
    • Support product and feature launches from planning to go-live: launch plans, messaging, release notes, and in-app announcements.
    • Coordinate with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success so every team is ready on launch day.
  2. Shape messaging and positioning
    • Translate product features into clear customer benefits for our key personas (Workplace, Facility Management, IT, HR, and Finance).
    • Keep messaging consistent across the website, campaigns, and sales material.
  3. Create sales and customer content
    • Build one-pagers, pitch decks, battlecards, case studies, and product pages.
    • Work with Content and Design to turn product stories into assets that convert.
  4. Enable Sales and Customer Success
    • Help run product trainings and keep enablement material up to date.
    • Collect feedback from the field and turn it into better content and messaging.
  5. Understand the market
    • Research competitors, market trends, and customer needs.
    • Join customer calls and review win/loss insights to find out what really resonates.
  • 1–3 years of experience in product marketing, marketing, or a related role, ideally in B2B SaaS (internships count)
  • Fluent English, written and spoken; German is a strong plus
  • Based in or near Berlin, happy to work from our office regularly
  • Strong writing skills: you can explain a complex product in simple words
  • Curiosity about technology and how products solve real customer problems
  • Structured and organized: you keep several projects moving at once
  • Comfortable working with many teams, from Product to Sales
  • High ownership: you take initiative and follow through
  • You own launch communication for selected features end to end
  • Sales and CS use your material in their day-to-day conversations
  • Our messaging is consistent across web, campaigns, and sales assets
  • You know our personas and competitors well enough to bring your own ideas
