๐Ÿข About Didask

Didask helps organizations train their teams effectively and at scale, using cognitive science and AI. Most digital training is passive: a series of videos and basic quizzes that learners forget. Didask turns any content into active learning, where each new concept becomes concrete exercises adapted to the learner's role and goals.

Didask was founded by cognitive science researchers and learning design experts, after 10 years of R&D. Two products:

  • Didask Training: an AI-guided e-learning platform that turns existing content into applied, personalized courses in a few clicks.
  • Didask Coaching: an AI assistant embedded in the flow of work, which delivers the right knowledge when employees need it.
  • More than 250 clients across all industries and 150,000+ learners trained. One example: a client cut onboarding time from 9 to 6 months and reduced turnover by 25%. Customer satisfaction (CSAT) is 99%, with an average response time of 4 minutes from a Didask advisor.

    ๐Ÿš€ Purpose of the role

Today, most of Didask's new business comes from inbound leads generated by marketing. This role builds our second growth engine: outbound. You will open conversations with companies that do not know Didask yet, qualify their needs and hand qualified opportunities to our Account Executives. Your pipeline makes our growth less dependent on inbound and prepares our entry into non-French-speaking markets.

    ๐Ÿ”‘ Key responsibilities

    Prospecting execution: 50%

  • High daily volume of calls, emails and LinkedIn outreach
  • Conversations with stakeholders at every level, up to executive committee members
  • Qualification and handover of meetings to Account Executives in HubSpot

  • Research each prospect's context: news, learning challenges, organization
  • Write multichannel sequences tailored to that context
  • Measurement and optimization: 15%

  • Track reply, meeting and opportunity rates
  • Run A/B tests and stop what does not work
  • Review results weekly with the COO
  • AI tooling and field feedback: 10%

  • Build your own AI tools and automations for research, enrichment and personalization
  • Share what you hear in the field with marketing and the Account Executives
  • ๐Ÿš€ Day 1 / 30 / 60 / 90 goals

You learn by doing. No long onboarding before your first call: you learn our offer on the phone, and we coach you every day.

    Day 1 and week 1

  • Day 1: your first cold calls, on a list of accounts we prepare for you
  • Every day: call blocks in the morning, then 30 min of review of your recorded calls with the COO: your opener in the first seconds after the prospect picks up, your pitch, your objection handling, your closing for a meeting
  • In the afternoon: short sessions on our offer, our clients and our ideal customer profile, built on the questions you heard on the phone
  • End of week 1: your first meeting booked
  • Day 30

  • 4 qualified opportunities created and validated by an Account Executive
  • Your own call script and pitch, rewritten from what you heard on the phone
  • Your first 2 multichannel campaigns live (phone, email, LinkedIn)
  • Call coaching moves from daily to 3 times a week
  • Day 60

  • 8 qualified opportunities created during the month
  • At least 2 A/B tests completed (opener, email, persona), each with a decision
  • A weekly dashboard of your activity and conversion rates, from call to meeting to opportunity
  • Day 90

  • 8 qualified opportunities per month, sustained: about 20 since your start
  • One AI tool or automation built and used in your daily work
  • A proposal for the next segment or market to open, backed by your data
  • ๐Ÿ’š What's in it for you?

  • You build a new sales channel from scratch, with real ownership, working directly with the COO
  • If you want it, you move quickly to an Account Executive role, or towards sales ops
  • You work AI-first every day, and your impact on revenue is visible every month
  • You will help open new international markets
  • ๐Ÿ’ถ Package

  • Permanent contract (CDI), full time, starting in March 2027
  • Fixed salary: levels svH to svJ1 of our salary grid, depending on experience
  • Variable: a bonus on each qualified opportunity you create (paid when the Account Executive validates it, and again when the deal reaches the pricing stage), plus a quarterly bonus when you hit your quarterly target
  • Location: 60 bis rue Sadi Carnot, Bagnolet. Full remote is possible
  • Meal vouchers (Swile)
  • Health insurance (Alan)
  • Works council (CSE) budgets for cultural and sports activities, plus a remote work budget
  • โš ๏ธ Challenges to expect

  • There is no outbound playbook yet: you build it
  • Our buyers are senior (HR, learning and development, executive committee) and B2B sales cycles take several months

  • Priorities move fast in a startup, and your results are measured every month
