- Experience and curiosity for working with clients to educate them to become the best data privacy and governance champions.
- Ability to collaborate efficiently with client teams that are both technical an non-technical - understanding your audience and knowing how to speak to it.
- Proactivity to never leave a client unanswered and unhappy - the ability to context switch rapidly and a pride in over serving clients.
What We Require
- 3+ years of relevant, post-college work experience.
- Proven proficiency in client management, relationship management, technical support and training.
- Prior experience in account, relationship or technical management a requirement.
- Experience in a related privacy, compliance security field a bonus.
- Strong engineering background, preferred in fields such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Physics, and Data Science.
- Exceptional time, task, and resource management skills.
- Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple requests and deadlines.
- Willingness to continue building skills through educational opportunities.
