Skills and Experience
Core Requirements
- 4-6 years doing digital marketing execution—you've personally built campaigns, not just managed them
- Hands-on proficiency with HubSpot (email builder, workflows, landing pages, forms), Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, LinkedIn company page management, Google Analytics
- Experience with MS Dynamics or similar CRM platforms, with understanding of marketing-sales data flows
- Proven track record building organic LinkedIn presence—you understand what content performs in B2B and can point to engagement metrics you've driven
- Comfortable working in the platforms every day—creating audiences, building emails, uploading assets, scheduling posts, troubleshooting tracking issues, pulling reports
- Self-starter who doesn't wait to be told what to do—you spot opportunities and take initiative
- Strong attention to detail with ability to QA your own work before launch
- Analytical mindset: you check performance data regularly and adjust course based on what you see
- Ability to context-switch quickly across multiple campaigns and priorities
Big Advantages
- You've worked in B2B SaaS, fintech or enterprise technology and understand long sales cycles and pipeline metrics
- You have experience with account-based marketing tactics and tools
- You're comfortable working with complex subject matter like AI, data platforms, and financial services
- You know how to use AI tools like Claude and can write clear, compelling copy without jargon—whether it's an email, newsletter, or LinkedIn post
What Makes This Role Right for You
- You prefer doing to delegating
- You get satisfaction from building something, hitting publish, and seeing results
- You're resourceful and figure things out rather than waiting for someone else to solve problems
- You're comfortable being a one-person digital marketing operation—owning it end-to-end from strategy through to execution and optimization
