About Geomiq

Geomiq is a global manufacturing platform connecting businesses with trusted manufacturing partners across CNC machining, sheet metal and additive manufacturing.

We combine technology, operational hubs and a global supply network to deliver precision parts at scale. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Sales Director to drive the next phase of revenue acceleration.


The Role

This is a hands-on, performance-driven sales leadership role.

You will own revenue growth, pipeline discipline, sales execution and commercial performance across the business.

You will work directly with the CEO and leadership team to:

  • Drive new logo acquisition

  • Increase revenue per customer

  • Improve conversion rates

  • Shorten sales cycles

  • Build a high-performance sales culture

This is not a corporate reporting role. This is a build-and-execute role.


What You’ll Own

  • Revenue growth across key verticals

  • Sales pipeline management and forecasting

  • Conversion performance from RFQ to order

  • Sales process design and improvement

  • Sales team structure, hiring and coaching

  • Commercial strategy for enterprise accounts

  • CRM discipline and reporting

  • Collaboration with Supply and Operations to ensure strong delivery

You will be accountable for clear revenue targets and measurable performance improvements.


What We’re Looking For

You are:

  • A commercially driven sales leader

  • Comfortable owning a number

  • Experienced in B2B technical or industrial sales

  • Strong in pipeline management and forecasting

  • Data-driven and disciplined

  • Comfortable operating in a scale-up environment

  • Hands-on - you will close deals as well as lead

You have likely:

  • Led sales in a £10–50m B2B business

  • Built or scaled a sales team

  • Sold into engineering, manufacturing, industrial or technical buyers

  • Improved win rates and shortened sales cycles

  • Worked closely with operations or production teams


What This Role Is Not

  • It is not a corporate VP title with no execution

  • It is not a pure account management role

  • It is not a passive leadership position

Office & Structure

  • Minimum 4 days per week in Hackney, 1 day working remotely

  • Reports directly to the CEO

  • Will build and lead the sales team

  • High visibility and accountability
