Hi, we’re Gravie. Our mission is to improve the way people purchase and access healthcare through innovative, consumer-centric health benefit solutions that people can actually use. Our industry-changing products and services are developed and delivered by a diverse group of unique people. We encourage you to be your authentic self - we like you that way.
A Little More About The role:
We’re looking for a Senior UX Designer with passion and talent to architect our most critical user journeys. You will be the team's expert on Information Architecture and multi-step flow optimization, ensuring our administrative portals are intuitive, efficient, and minimize user errors. You will champion task-centered analysis to transform chaotic administrative work into elegant digital processes.
You will:
· Lead the end-to-end design and architecture for complex systems, including multi-step user flows and detailed administrative features.
· Apply deep Information Architecture (IA) principles to structure complex data and navigation, ensuring seamless transitions between our core systems.
· Apply task-centered analysis to understand and optimize existing administrative workflows for maximum efficiency and minimum user cognitive load.
· Create elegant design solutions to resolve user/customer/stakeholder challenges.
· Collaborate across design, engineering, and product teams within our Dual-Track Agile environment to vet solutions for technical feasibility and compliance.
· Determine success metrics (UX KPIs) such as task completion rates and error reduction and measure them post-launch.
· Design user flows, detailed wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that are robust enough to handle complex conditional logic.
You bring:
· 5+ years of experience in UX design, with a focus on designing complex, transactional web applications or administrative systems (not marketing websites).
· Expert proficiency in Information Architecture and mapping complex user flows, with a portfolio showcasing optimized multi-step processes.
· Proven ability to determine UX KPIs for workflow efficiency (e.g., time-on-task, reduced clicks) and measure/confirm them post-launch.
· Exceptional collaboration skills and comfort working with business stakeholders across the organization to align on complex requirements.
· Strong understanding of accessibility standards in flow and interaction design.
Extra credit:
· Experience designing flows that incorporate external integrations (e.g., HRIS or benefits administration systems).
· Experience with compliance or highly-regulated workflows where data integrity and sequence are critical.
· Healthcare or Fintech experience.
