A Little More About The role:
Gravie is looking for a Platform Support Engineer who will play a key role in keeping our internal application development platform running smoothly and supporting the engineering teams who rely on it. Our ideal candidate is a highly motivated, goal-oriented, team-focused engineer with a passion for automating systems and infrastructure. In this role, you’ll troubleshoot platform capabilities, monitor and report on support workflows, produce high-quality documentation, and assist our development teams to utilize our cloud platform to their fullest potential.
You will:
· Support Gravie’s internal applications development platform and assist development teams in utilizing and troubleshooting the platform's capabilities.
· Monitor and report on support processes, workload and support demand.
· Collaborate with engineering and testing teams to implement support processes, triage support requests and design and develop fixes.
· Provide support and assistance to engineering teams on utilization of our development platform capabilities.
· Contribute to the design and implementation of proactive platform and application monitoring systems, ensuring optimal health, performance, and security of Gravie applications.
· Ensure the production of comprehensive, high-quality system documentation, setting standards for technical communication within the team.

You bring:
· 5+ years of relevant experience that includes:
* 1 - 2 years’ experience collaborating with technical users to triage and resolve technical problems and bugs.
* 1 - 2 years’ experience administering CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or CodePipeline.
* 1 - 2 years’ experience with server configuration, software installation and administration including limited scripting in a Linux environment.
* 1 - 2 years’ Experience installing software in a major public cloud provider (AWS, Google, Azure)
· Familiarity using cloud infrastructure definition tools such as AWS CloudFormation/CDK and Terraform.
· Familiarity with monitoring systems such as AWS CloudWatch and Datadog to troubleshoot technical problems.
· Familiarity with SQL and the ability to formulate simple queries.
· Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical teams.
· Desire to learn new technologies and deepen your platform, cloud and automation skills.
· You must be eligible to work in the United States without need of sponsorship now or in the future.

The salary range for this position is $82,500 - $137,500 annually. Numerous factors including, but not limited to, educations, skills, work experience, certifications, etc. will be considered when determining compensation.
