<p dir="ltr">We&rsquo;re looking for a QA Analyst to join our fast-growing team and help extend our operational coverage beyond UK working hours. This position is key to supporting both our quality assurance processes and customer operations in North America , ensuring continuous product and customer support across different time zones.</p>
<p dir="ltr">The role combines manual software testing with technical customer support, providing an opportunity to work across both product quality and live issue resolution. You&rsquo;ll be responsible for validating new features, reproducing customer-reported bugs, and escalating technical issues to the on-call development team when required.</p>
<p dir="ltr">You&rsquo;ll work during U.S. East &amp; West Coast hours to help provide coverage for UK out-of-hours periods, ensuring that customer queries and reported issues are addressed promptly and professionally.</p>
