Location: London, hybrid (Camascope HQ: Cowcross Street, Farringdon)

Reports to: CEO

Role Summary

As Commercial Director, you’ll own Camascope’s revenue growth end-to-end across sales, partnerships and marketing, reporting to the CEO. You’ll set and run the go-to-market plan, strengthen forecasting and pipeline discipline, and lead a team to execute consistently. You’ll stay close to customers, partners and live deals in a regulated, trust-led environment.

Scope & Impact

  • Accountable for bookings/ARR (as applicable), pipeline health, win rate and forecast accuracy.
  • Set GTM direction: segments, positioning, routes to market, and input into pricing/packaging.
  • Build partner ecosystem (pharmacy, tech, integrations) to drive pipeline and retention.
  • Drive demand generation and commercial positioning that bring in higher-quality leads and build confidence during procurement.
  • Partner with Product and Customer to make onboarding smoother, improve outcomes for customers, and reduce friction across the commercial journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set the commercial plan and translate it into clear quarterly goals and execution.
  • Contract negotiations including customer MSAs/service agreements, SOWs & order forms, renewals/amendments (change controls), supplier/vendor agreements, and partner/reseller agreements.
  • Run weekly/monthly performance reviews and maintain a commercial scorecard.
  • Own forecasting, pipeline data quality, deal quality and CRM management.
  • Lead sales across segments; build repeatable plays and tighten qualification.
  • Coach and develop the team; set targets and incentives; sponsor strategic deals.
  • Build and scale pharmacy/tech/integration partnerships, including joint GTM plans.
  • Negotiate partner commercials (revenue share, framework terms) and track performance.
  • Own marketing direction (brand, content, events, digital, partner marketing) linked to revenue outcomes.
  • Feed market insight into product roadmap and onboarding improvements, aligned to buyer and procurement expectations.

Essential Criteria

  • Senior B2B commercial leader (ideally SaaS/healthtech) with end-to-end revenue ownership.
  • Track record of closing large enterprise deals.
  • Partnership experience (channel/strategic/tech), including commercial negotiation and joint GTM.
  • Can lead demand generation and commercial positioning with measurable outcomes.
  • Comfortable selling in regulated, high-trust environments (security/compliance).
