MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Customer Relationship Manager to join our team in Virginia Beach, VA. This is a hybrid position.

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

• Develop and maintain impactful relationships with AWS cloud mission owners to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Manage new customer intake through the AWS cloud brokerage onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition
• Oversee and coordinate AWS FINOPS activities, ensuring cost-effective cloud resource management and optimization
• Collaborate with cloud engineering teams to ensure technical requirements are met and align with customer needs
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and customers on mission owner status, onboarding progress, and any issues or concerns
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly and effectively
• Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the customer experience and improve service delivery processes
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree OR Associate’s degree and 11+ years of relevant experience in managing AWS cloud brokerage onboarding and full lifecycle activities
• 9+ years of experience managing AWS cloud brokerage onboarding and full lifecycle activities, including intake, account provisioning, governance alignment, service enablement, sustainment, and decommissioning
• Experience implementing and managing AWS FinOps practices, including cost allocation, tagging strategies, budget tracking, forecasting, optimization initiatives, and financial reporting
• Experience managing AWS cloud resources across multi-account environments
• Familiarity with AWS cloud engineering principles and operational support processes, including incident, change, and service request management
• Must be able to coordinate across technical, financial, and stakeholder teams to ensure compliant, secure, and cost-effective cloud service delivery
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect or similar certification
• Experience working with government or defense-related cloud projects
• Familiarity with NAVSEA organization structure
• Familiarity with AWS cost management tools
  
  

Clearance Requirements

• Must have an active Secret security clearance.
  
  

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.
• Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
• Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.
• Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
