MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Information Systems Analyst to join our team in Stafford, VA.
This is a full-time onsite position where you will provide expertise towards deploying innovative solutions in support of our Nation’s Defense. This position requires an ACTIVE DoD TS/ SCI Security Clearance.

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
- Orchestrate full-lifecycle project management, ensuring all initiatives meet cost, schedule, and performance metrics while strictly adhering to quality standards.
- Drive the deployment of intelligence systems, providing analytical support for CJADC2 and intelligence-related platforms from development through transition.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and end-users to align system activities with client expectations, actively working to optimize processes and lifecycle management.
- Spearhead requirements development for evolving technologies, identifying opportunities for innovation while assessing impacts, risks, and mitigations.
- Support system evaluation by partnering with government and contractor teams to document, test, and validate intelligence and information capabilities.
- Maintain rigorous project documentation, ensuring accurate reporting on status, deliverables, and administrative records for meetings and briefings.
- Facilitate resource coordination and administrative execution to support the planning, testing, and production of critical intelligence initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field combined with 8 to 12 years of related professional experience in information systems and/or project management
- Recent experience (within 5 years) supporting Marine Corps intelligence operations and employing associated intelligence systems.
- Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of current and emerging intelligence systems, collection methods, and proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exhibit strong organizational and administrative skills with a solid grasp of project documentation and reporting practices utilizing effective communication skills to foster teamwork and align goals across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple complex tasks with keen attention to detail, functioning effectively both independently and within a team.
- Experience supporting RDT&E and related innovative efforts.
- Experience in project coordination or administration.
- Familiarity with data management and documentation practices.
- PMP or CAPM certification or similar Project Management designation.
- Must have a current TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a polygraph..
- Physically capable of supporting field exercises, including lifting up to 50 lbs, traversing rugged terrain, and traveling via military tactical vehicles, ships, and aircraft.
- Must be able to remain in a stationary/ desk position 50% of the time, occasionally and communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve clearly delivering briefings/ presentations.
