About The Role

of Wealth Tech? We are looking for a Technical Lead to inspire and guide a high-

performing engineering team as we tackle exciting challenges in retail banking and

wealth domains. In this pivotal role, you will champion engineering excellence,

foster team growth, and act as the cornerstone of technical expertise in your domain.

What You'll Do

Lead & Mentor: Guide a talented engineering team, promoting growth,

innovation, and best practices. Cultivate a culture of ownership, collaboration,

and continuous learning.

Deliver Excellence: Oversee delivery cycles, optimizing team output for

efficiency and quality. Remove blockers and ensure smooth, predictable

delivery.

Technical Authority: Be the domain expert and solution architect. Make

architectural decisions, set standards, and evaluate new technologies. Drive

the adoption of modern, cloud native and AI-powered engineering solutions.

Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with the CTO, Product Owners, and

cross-functional teams. Translate technical concepts for non-technical

audiences and align technology with business goals.

Domain Insight: Understand emerging trends and challenges in Retail

Banking & Wealth Tech, and exploit this understanding to shape technical

direction (prior experience is a plus, but not a requirement).
