Channels May Include
- Google Search (Initial KEY Priority!, could easily spend 50k/month on this channel alone)
- YouTube
- Meta
- Reddit / programmatic / other emerging channels
- review platforms / intent sources (G2, Capterra,…)
Your Mission
- Build the paid channel portfolio
- identify which channels match our buyers + intent
- test quickly with clean measurement
- scale winners, kill losers
- document learnings so the system compounds
- Own conversion paths end-to-end
You work with Web Growth, product marketing and other marketing team members to ensure:
- landing pages convert
- offers match intent
- tracking is usable
- funnels are coherent
- Run experiments like a machine
- hypotheses, test design, velocity
- creative angle libraries
- offer testing
- audience testing
- budget allocation frameworks
- Be performance-native, not platform-native
What We’re Looking For
Non-negotiables
- Proven track record scaling performance across multiple paid channels
- Strong measurement instincts + comfort with imperfect attribution
- High speed of execution
- Great judgment on creative, hooks, and offers
- Ownership mentality
- High agency, low ego
- Outcome-driven
- Comfortable with ambiguity
- Pragmatic and fast
- Quality-focused but not perfectionist
- Enjoys ownership more than job titles
- Experience with B2B SaaS motion (demos, sales cycles, pipeline)
- Experimentation frameworks and tool fluency
- Ability to build lightweight automations for reporting
- Multiple paid channels contribute meaningful pipeline
- Testing velocity is consistently high
- Spend scales without quality collapse
- New channels get validated fast
- Clear playbooks emerge per channel + ICP
