This role supports Heathrow’s digital future by guiding a range of digital products and services from design through to delivery. You will help shape solutions that improve how colleagues work and how our airport operates. The focus is on bringing structure, clarity and steady progress to complex initiatives across technology, data, AI and business change. You will help teams move with purpose, make practical choices and create value in a clear and controlled way.

Responsibilities

• Guide digital initiatives from early planning through to delivery and benefit realisation.
• Coordinate activity across technology, data, AI, business change and operational readiness to support steady progress.
• Maintain clear plans, risks, dependencies and updates that give teams and stakeholders confidence.
• Support constructive agile delivery by applying SAFe principles in a practical, flexible way.
• Manage suppliers to deliver agreed outcomes and ensure compliance with Heathrow governance and regulatory expectations.
  
  

Qualifications

• Experience delivering digital products or services in complex organisations.
• Experience overseeing work across multiple business functions, not only technology.
• Background working in environments such as infrastructure, engineering, construction or other complex operations.
• Practical experience applying SAFe Agile methods across varied delivery contexts.
• Ability to bring structure and clarity to changing or fast‑moving work.
• Experience planning, tracking and supporting measurable outcomes.
• Effective communication with senior stakeholders, enabling informed decisions.
• Experience managing suppliers and budgets with a practical, value‑focused approach.
