About The Role

We're hiring a Business Analyst to join our Client Solutions team in Bengaluru. You'll work with enterprise customers to understand their business challenges, translate requirements into technical specifications, and help deliver AI-powered solutions.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business and technical requirements from enterprise clients
• Map existing workflows and identify automation opportunities
• Write user stories and acceptance criteria for engineering teams
• Facilitate discovery workshops and stakeholder sessions
• Support UAT and client onboarding for new implementations
  
  

Requirements

• 2+ years of business analysis experience in B2B tech or consulting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience writing user stories and working within agile teams
• Comfortable with data concepts and basic SQL
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
