About The Role

We're hiring a Java Developer to join our growing Pune office. You'll work on backend services that support Polytope's AI platform, integrations, and partner ecosystem — with plenty of scope for ownership and technical growth.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Java microservices using Spring Boot
• Build APIs consumed by frontend applications and partner systems
• Optimise service performance for high-throughput workloads
• Write comprehensive tests and maintain high code quality
• Collaborate with product managers and designers on new features
  
  

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional Java development experience
• Strong experience with Spring Boot and microservice architectures
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL, Redis, and message queues
• Experience with containerised deployments (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Good problem-solving and communication skills
