Job Overview

Do you thrive on creating engaging training experiences and fostering communities of practice? We’re looking for a passionate and empowering Agile Enablement Coach to support our transition to the Product Operating Model and drive our learning initiatives forward. You’ll be the driving force behind our Learning & Development (L&D) and Community of Practice efforts. Working closely with our Head of Product Operations, Product Community Lead and wider internal teams

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and support the implementation of engaging learning content and training materials aligned with the Product Operating Model.
• Assist with Community of Practice activities such as lunch and learns and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Facilitate interactive webinars and virtual training sessions on a variety of topics related to product management and agile methodologies.
• Manage and update the self-serve content on the Product Academy, ensuring it remains current, relevant and easy to access.
• Collaborate with L&D and design teams to enhance the look, feel and usability of the Product Academy platform.
• Contribute to designing our product onboarding strategy, with a focus on improving the new hire experience.
• Support the standardisation of product communications across all business units by defining communication types, channels and schedules.
  
  

At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means attending the office, visiting clients or attending industry events.

Your Skills & Experience

• Experience in Product Enablement, Agile Coaching, or Product Operations.
• Strong understanding of product management and agile frameworks and practices.
• Good knowledge of adult learning principles and effective training methodologies.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, engaging enablement materials.
• Proven track record in facilitating workshops, delivering training sessions and organising team-building activities.
• Project management skills, capable of handling multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with an ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
