Job Brief

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our team as a Finance & Strategy Senior Manager. They will play a key role in financial and strategic planning, analysis and decision-making within the organisation. You will need to be able to understand the big picture, while also being unafraid to dive into the details and numbers.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with business leaders helping them to make better strategic decisions by enabling them through data and understanding of financial trade-offs
  • Create, update and maintain financial models, budgets and forecasts
  • Build out business reporting metrics and dashboards to support decision-making
  • Perform analysis of financial and operational drivers to craft our short and long-term strategic plan
  • Analyse market trends, competitive landscape and industry benchmarks to assess market opportunities
  • Lead and engage on cross-functional strategic projects

Experience And Skills

  • A degree in Business, Strategy, Finance, Math, Statistics, Economics, Accounting or other quantitative discipline
  • 6+ years experience in investment banking, consulting or in finance at a high growth company
  • Technology industry experience in FP&A or strategic finance a plus
  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills, with strong modeling experience
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Ability to influence proceedings in a fast moving organisation
  • Enthusiasm and curiosity for conducting research and answering hard questions with data

Working Policy

We have a hybrid policy that includes 2 days from our London office and 3 from home. If the role states it is either hybrid or remote candidates must be based within the UK.
