Working as our HR Systems Apprentice, you’ll work towards a Level 3 Digital Support Technician over 13-15 months. You’ll provide system administration and co-ordination to support to the HR Systems Team.

What You’ll Be Doing
Working as our HR Systems Apprentice, you’ll work towards a Level 3 Digital Support Technician over 13-15 months. You’ll provide system administration and co-ordination to support to the HR Systems Team.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Support the HR Systems Team with administrative tasks, including resolving system incident tickets.
- Assist with system testing and critical maintenance activities for system updates.
- Run regular and ad-hoc reports for managers and Senior Leaders across Jet2.com & Jet2holidays.
- Maintain data accuracy across both the HR and Recruitment Systems.
- Create new user accounts across all HR Systems to support employee onboarding.
- Provide support to colleagues across the business with HR System queries.
- Assist with the performance management process managed within the HR System.
- Collaborate with the Senior HR Systems and Business Transformation Manager on new initiatives and improvements.
- Develop and maintain HR system documentation, including user manuals, process maps, system configurations, and training materials.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- The ability to quickly ‘pick up’ new systems/technology.
- Adaptable and flexible to work within a dynamic and changeable business.
- Confident personality with a proactive and “can do” attitude.
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with Colleagues and Managers within the business.
- Initiative and ability to identify, solve or escalate problems accordingly.
- GCSE Maths & English (or equivalent) at grade A-C (9-4).
- Attention to detail and strong numeracy skills.
- You must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level in a similar subject.
- Must have been a resident in the UK for 3 years.
