We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Webinar Coordinator to join our team and support the execution of engaging and informative webinars using Odoo.
WE NEED YOU!
The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the Webinar Manager to oversee all aspects of future webinar topics, including:scheduling, speaker coordination, content creation, onsite management of the webinar and post-event follow-up.
Your role will be critical in delivering seamless webinar experiences that inform and engage our audience while supporting our broader marketing and training objectives.
You will utilize Odoo to set up and manage webinars, including event webpage creation; registration process, email invitations, reminders, and follow-ups. In addition you will maintain accurate records of webinar attendance, feedback, and performance metrics.
This role is essential for ensuring our webinars run smoothly and consistently deliver value to our audience. If you are passionate about online event coordination, technology, and continuous learning, we’d love to hear from you!
With a division of time between collaborative teamwork and solo work, your role will ensure a diversity of responsibilities and role flexibility.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in researching and proposing relevant webinar themes
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, product, marketing) to create engaging content
- Webinar Planning & Coordination
- Assist in reviewing and formatting webinar presentations to ensure consistency and quality
- Monitor live webinars, managing technical aspects like audio/video quality, attendee engagement, and troubleshooting issues in real time
- Post-Webinar Activities follow-up
MUST HAVE
- Perfect written and spoken in English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Highly creative, autonomous, enthusiastic with a strong character
- Business knowledge and willingness to learn more about business
- Solution-oriented and organizational skills
- Strong interest in IT and in our Software
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle last-minute changes effectively
NICE TO HAVE 👍
- Bachelor's degree or higher (ideally in marketing, event or communication)
- Experience in Marketing or Event
- Additional Language is a plus
- Business mindset: attention to details, curious, rigorous
- Stay informed on the latest IT trends and innovations to ensure cutting-edge webinar content and delivery
- Proficiency with webinar tools : OBS & Youtube
