What we expect

We’re looking for open-minded, team-spirited, and customer-oriented web designers. You will be in charge of conceiving websites with Odoo for our customers. You’ll be working alongside the Sales, BSAs, and Technical Services teams and collaborating on projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities
  • Conceive designs, based on customer requirements. You will be in direct contact with the customers on a daily basis.
  • Translate the design in the Odoo Website Builder.
  • Execute all designing stages, from concept to final hand-off.
  • Manage several projects at the same time.
  • Deliver qualitative and maintainable code.
  • Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.
  • Train the customer on how to properly use Odoo Website Builder.
  • Identify & bugfix UI/UX issues.
  • Improve the product by sending feedback to the RD and helping them to improve the existing website themes.
  • Work in collaboration with other teams. (Sales, Consultants, Developers)
Must Have
  • Work experience as a Web Designer
  • Highly creative and autonomous
  • Customer-oriented attitude
  • Good understanding of fundamental typography & design principles
  • HTML, CSS (sass), JavaScript, Bootstrap 5, XML, Git is a plus
  • Adobe Suite & UI/UX design tools
Nice to Have
  • A website portfolio for the interview
  • Experience building websites with a CMS
  • Experience with reactive frameworks (React, Vue, Owl)
  • Experience with template engines (Jinja, QWeb)
  • Familiarity with Odoo

The estimated annual compensation range for this role is $65,000-$90,000. Please note that actual salaries may vary within, above, or below this range based on factors such as education, training, experience, professional achievement, business needs, and location.
