What we expect

As a Recruiter at Odoo, you'll play a key role in growing our Americas teams by hiring top talent that supports our SMB customers. You’ll collaborate closely with hiring managers to build high-impact teams. We’re looking for someone curious, empathetic, and a strong communicator—someone who understands how small and medium-sized businesses function and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • COwn the full-cycle recruiting process: source, screen, interview, and close candidates across a variety of roles
  • Partner directly with hiring managers to understand team needs and define ideal candidate profiles
  • Assist in writing and refining job descriptions to help attract top talent across platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and Handshake
  • Build and manage candidate pipelines, primarily through inbound applications, with occasional outbound sourcing as needed
  • Conduct phone screens and interviews, guiding candidates through each stage of the hiring process
  • Extend offers and ensure a smooth transition to onboarding
  • Track candidate activity and progress using internal ATS and tools
Must Have
  • Spanish fluency (professional or native/bilingual proficiency, spoken and written)
  • 6+ months of experience in recruiting coordination, sourcing, or HR support
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience in a related industry (tech, SaaS, B2B) and/or familiarity with sales roles is a plus
  • Strong organization, communication, and follow-up skills
  • Proactive mindset with a willingness to take initiative
  • Emotional intelligence and professionalism when working with candidates and hiring teams

  • Prior experience using ERP is a bonus

The estimated annual compensation range for this role is $75,000-$90,000. Please note that actual salaries may vary within, above, or below this range based on factors such as education, training, experience, professional achievement, business needs, and location.
