About the role
As our Office Manager, you will ensure our offices operate smoothly and efficiently, enabling our teams to focus on their work. You will serve as the primary point of contact for office operations, travel logistics, and internal events, ensuring processes are practical, well-organized, and consistently delivered to a high standard.
Responsibilities
Office & Facilities
Oversee day-to-day office operations, including supplies, equipment, vendors, and maintenance
Ensure offices are safe, functional, and welcoming
Coordinate office setup, expansions, or relocations as needed
Travel & Logistics
Organize and support employee travel, including flights, accommodation, and local transport
Coordinate logistics for teams traveling across regions
Events & Gatherings
Plan and execute internal events, trainings, and company meetups
Manage on-site logistics for workshops and large gatherings ensuring timely and cost-effective execution
Administration & Budget
Collaborate with Finance on cost tracking and optimization
Maintain accurate documentation and office processes
Workplace Experience & Coordination
Enhance overall office experience for employees
Manage logistics and access for vendor and service provider onboarding and offboarding
Coordinate closely with HR, IT, and Operations teams
Compliance & Safety
Ensure compliance with Kenyan regulations, including health and safety standards
Coordinate office safety and emergency procedures
Profile Requirements
- 1-2 years experience in office management, operations, or related roles.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing logistics for large groups or events
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Must Have
- Bachelor Degree or Higher
- Passion for software products
- Perfect written English
- Proactive with results-oriented mindset & an outgoing personality
