If you are passionate about the ‘ART’ of Marketing, then you are at the right place. Odoo is growing rapidly and we are expanding our marketing team. We are looking to hire a marketing specialist to be responsible for spearheading Odoo's marketing strategy.
As a marketing specialist, you will be responsible for writing success stories, social media marketing, and running paid marketing campaigns that can strengthen Odoo's reputation with customers and partners while facilitating the company's continuous growth. If you have an ever-growing passion for marketing and some sharp skills, we would love to let you lead our troop.
Responsibilities
- Help develop, execute, and monitor marketing programs across a variety of channels
- Support the design, creation, and delivery of various marketing programs
- Analyse and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns
- Work closely with the design team to conceptualize and finalize branding layouts for event venues, exhibition stalls, and branding assets
- Maintain knowledge of current market rates for branding production, fabrication, printing, and venue branding
- Assist in monitoring and coordinating ongoing branding campaigns when required
- Coordinate with vendors and fabrication partners for printing, production, and installation of branding materials
Must Have
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Proven experience as a marketing specialist or similar role
- Skilled in writing and editing content with an attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in content design (Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Proven experience in carrying out various marketing efforts
Nice to have
- Experience in Social Media Marketing/ Paid Marketing
- Knowledge of various marketing and analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, CRM system,s and other social media marketing tools
- Media Sales experience
