We are recruiting a Khmer speaker to join our Direct Sales Team to expand our presence in the Cambodia market! Here is a great opportunity to work in one of the fastest-growing software companies and the most nationally diversified workplace.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Handle the entire sales cycle from qualifying leads to contract proposal
  • Pitch Odoo Management Software to SMEs who are unsatisfied with their current tools
  • Analyze customers' business needs, activities and pain points
  • Provide customers with a tailor-made product demonstration of our software
  • Negotiation and closing

  • No cold calling; A lot of people have already tried Odoo and want to know more about it!
  • Opportunities to develop a personal network with decision makers/ C-levels from different industries and build up industry knowledge
  • Interesting, evolving product with a large application scope: CRM, Accounting, E-commerce, Inventory, HR, Project Management, etc.
  • You'll be in direct contact with the customer from initial contact to closing
  • No cap on commission
  • Occasional business events and client visits in Cambodia

MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor's degree, or higher
  • Bilingual in English + Khmer
  • Excellent communication skills, you like to negotiate and to achieve targets

NICE TO HAVE

  • Strong software and new technology awareness
  • Experience in handling the end-to-end sales cycle
  • Immediate availability
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience at least
