We are looking for Business Analysts to join our team responsible for ERP implementation projects. As a Business Analyst, you will be the single point of contact for customers / clients, leading a project from beginning to end. Your daily tasks are mainly done from our office in Sai Ying Pun.

We are seeking experienced design professionals to join our team, helping us serve more locations and a broader range of customer needs, with the aim of creating stunning websites for our own customers.

It’s a part-Design, part-Frontend-Development position.

We’re looking for open-minded, team-spirited, and client -facing individuals. You will be in charge of conceiving functional and polished websites with Odoo for our customers. You’ll be working alongside the functional and tech teams, collaborating on projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

• Develop new websites or update existing ones, using Odoo website builder or OWL framework for standard and customized websites respectively.
• Create appealing website design and branding, from concept, implementation to training.
• Work with our Functional Consultants to optimize Odoo apps on websites for client’s needs, including but not limited to: e-commerce, bookings, surveys, marketing & subscriptions, contact forms, etc.
• Suggest and implement SEO strategies for websites
• Enable your clients to maintain their website
• Manage several projects simultaneously and independently
• If custom development is needed, deliver high‑quality and maintainable code that follows the company’s style guide
• Identify, analyse & bugfix UI/UX issues
• Analyse and provide estimations for incoming projects, communicates offers and constraints to sales, and suggest possible strategies for project success
• Improve the product by sending feedback to the RD and suggest solutions

MUST HAVE:

• Bachelor degree or higher
• Fluent in English + one APAC language
• 1+ years of web design experience
• Good portfolio with great and active websites, demonstrating strong branding mindset and consistent delivery of high-quality designs
• Experience using at least one CMS platforms: WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Squarespace, etc
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with devs, sales, PMs and clients professionally
• Good understanding and execution of fundamental typography & design principles
• Applies design thinking to propose practical workarounds and solutions in the client’s best interests.

NICE TO HAVE:

• Familiar with HTML, CSS (Sass), JS, Bootstrap 5
• Experience in using Adobe Suite & UI/UX design tools.
• Experience in Project and Client Management
• Experience with development and collaboration using git & github
• Experience with modern front-end development frameworks & libraries
• Experience in SEO or Marketing
