Position: Account Manager, fluent in English & Polish.

📍 Based in Belgium, 2 days/week remote

Your Role:

As an Account Manager, you'll be the long-term commercial point of contact for your customers. You'll:

  • Manage a portfolio of existing clients in Europe
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with CIOs, CFOs, and CEOs
  • Analyze customer projects and advise on the right Odoo apps
  • Upsell and renew contracts: from monthly to multi-year deals
  • Demo new features and modules to end-users
  • Be a key link between customers and internal teams (Product Owners, Business Analysts, etc.)

Your goal: increase customer satisfaction and retention while growing your portfolio value.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Business degree
  • Fluent in English & Polish
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Problem-solving mindset & conflict management skills
  • Well-organized (you'll manage ~150 clients!)
  • 0–3 years' experience in Sales or IT
  • Belgian work permit

Nice to Have:

  • Fluent in French
  • Experience in customer relationship or IT project management
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment
  • Growth-oriented mindset
  • “Work hard, play hard” attitude
