We are a software company creating business apps for companies. Since a few years, we are also more and more active in the fiduciary market.
To meet the increasing demand of these fiduciaries, we are actively looking for French- and Dutch-speaking Business Analysts with a background in accounting.
Your Role
Fiduciary Business Analyst (25–50%)
- Onboard accounting firms in multiple countries in the use of Odoo.
- Be the single point of contact, train end users, and support them for ad hoc questions.
- Manage accounts payable/receivable, bank transactions, general ledger, cost accounting, monthly/annual closing, and tax returns.
Business Analyst (50–75%)
- Implement Odoo in various industries (eCommerce, Manufacturing, Inventory...).
- Analyse client needs and deliver personal training sessions.
- Help & coach Odoo partners worldwide to implement projects and become Odoo Experts.
- Work on different projects at the same time, with increasing autonomy and guidance from experienced colleagues.
Responsibilities
Project Management (80%)
- Gain the trust of your customers.
- Analyse their needs and suggest solutions.
- Implement agreed solutions (configuration & development).
- Train clients to become Odoo Champions.
- Follow up projects and communicate on status and tasks.
- Organise and monitor Odoo implementations.
Internal Improvement (20%)
- Provide feedback to Product Owners.
- Coaching & training.
- Suggest improvements for the department.
Must Have
- Min. 2 years of experience in Fiduciary/Accounting Firms.
- Valid work permit for Belgium.
- Fluent in English and French.
- Fast learner & multitasker.
- Good communication/negotiation skills.
- Autonomous, assertive & proactive.
- Affinity with IT.
Nice to Have
- Experience in management software implementation.
- Knowledge of credit management, financial planning, IFRS.
