We are a software company creating business apps for companies. Since a few years, we are also more and more active in the fiduciary market.

To meet the increasing demand of these fiduciaries, we are actively looking for French- and Dutch-speaking Business Analysts with a background in accounting.

Your Role

Fiduciary Business Analyst (25–50%)

  • Onboard accounting firms in multiple countries in the use of Odoo.
  • Be the single point of contact, train end users, and support them for ad hoc questions.
  • Manage accounts payable/receivable, bank transactions, general ledger, cost accounting, monthly/annual closing, and tax returns.

Business Analyst (50–75%)

  • Implement Odoo in various industries (eCommerce, Manufacturing, Inventory...).
  • Analyse client needs and deliver personal training sessions.
  • Help & coach Odoo partners worldwide to implement projects and become Odoo Experts.
  • Work on different projects at the same time, with increasing autonomy and guidance from experienced colleagues.

Responsibilities

Project Management (80%)

  • Gain the trust of your customers.
  • Analyse their needs and suggest solutions.
  • Implement agreed solutions (configuration & development).
  • Train clients to become Odoo Champions.
  • Follow up projects and communicate on status and tasks.
  • Organise and monitor Odoo implementations.

Internal Improvement (20%)

  • Provide feedback to Product Owners.
  • Coaching & training.
  • Suggest improvements for the department.

Must Have

  • Min. 2 years of experience in Fiduciary/Accounting Firms.
  • Valid work permit for Belgium.
  • Fluent in English and French.
  • Fast learner & multitasker.
  • Good communication/negotiation skills.
  • Autonomous, assertive & proactive.
  • Affinity with IT.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in management software implementation.
  • Knowledge of credit management, financial planning, IFRS.
