Outbound Partnerships Consultant - Thai / Vietnamese speakers required

To further grow and strengthen our Partnerships team, this new position will play a pivotal role in the dynamic expansion of Odoo across the vibrant APAC region. You will source IT companies, System Integrators, and Consulting companies to become 'Partners of Odoo', forming the bedrock of Odoo's success in the APAC market. They contribute a staggering 70%+ of the APAC revenues, so this role is a crucial part of the overall team. This role will be based in Hong Kong. For successful applicant(s) currently based outside of Hong Kong, working visa will be provided.
Responsibilities of the role include:
- Spearheading the business development efforts of our Partner Network
- Sourcing, creating, calling and nurturing outbound leads for the existing partnerships team
- Representing Odoo at exhibitions and events within the APAC region
- Prepare and presenting partnerships network sales pitch
- Connect with key players in the industry
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor degree, or higher
- Entrepreneurial mindsets
- Experience in calling / cold-calling
- Never give up, hunter attitude
- Bilingual in English and either Thai or Vietnamese
Nice to have:
- More than 2 years experience in outbound sales in the software sector
- Immediate availability
