Responsibilities
As a Channel Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for expanding and strengthening Odoo’s partner network. This role begins with identifying and establishing new partnerships with companies that want to build their business around Odoo. Over time, as you gain experience and develop a deep understanding of the ecosystem, your focus will expand to supporting partners in growing their Odoo practice and maximizing their long-term success.
You will work closely with the partners coming from consulting firms, system integrators, and technology companies, helping them adopt Odoo as a core part of their business while ensuring they have the knowledge, strategy, and support needed to scale.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a sales role to build new relationships and contribute to the growth of a thriving technology ecosystem.
Your responsibilities include:
Partner Acquisition
- Identify, engage, and recruit companies interested in joining the Odoo partner network
- Understand their business models and evaluate partnership opportunities
- Present Odoo’s partnership program and recommend the best partnership model
- Structure and negotiate partnership opportunities with prospective partners
As you bring on new partners, build experience, and deepen your understanding of the partnership program in the Partner Acquisition, your focus will naturally evolve toward Partner Growth and Enablement.
Partner Growth & Enablement
- Build long-term relationships with partners and support their development within the Odoo ecosystem.
- Help partners expand their Odoo business through guidance, collaboration, and strategic support.
- Coordinate with internal teams to provide partners with the tools, knowledge, and resources they need to succeed.
- Identify opportunities for partners to increase sales, improve delivery capabilities, and grow their customer base.

MUST HAVE
- Min. Bachelor degree or higher
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- 1-3 years of sales experience in any industry
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent relationship-building abilities
- Good business knowledge and logical thinking
NICE TO HAVE
- 1 - 2 years of sales experience within the software industry
- 1 - 3 years of experience in acquiring partners, wholesalers, distributor, or resellers kind of companies
- Strong knowledge in ERP, business management software and the whole tech industry
- Immediate availability
