As the Italy Marketing Team continues to grow, we are looking for a talented and creative Videomaker to join our team.
You’ll become the first in-house video expert in our Italian office based in Milan.
This means: high autonomy, high impact, and a huge opportunity to shape Odoo’s brand presence in the Italian market through powerful video content.
Your mission will be to produce high-quality, localized video content for the Italian market: tutorials, product explainers, interviews, video testimonials, webinars, marketing videos that elevate our storytelling and brand.
You will collaborate closely with our Italian Marketing team, the Media team in Belgium and other Odoo offices, to ensure all visuals align with Odoo’s identity while bringing a unique Italian touch.
Your job
Responsibilities
Video production & Studio management
Film and edit original Italian-language videos:
- With Belgium’s office guidance: set up, manage and optimize the A/V recording studio in our new Milan office
- Using this studio: record, stream and edit tutorials and webinars
- Manage the pre-production, shooting and post-production for other videos: Customer Success stories videos at clients’ locations; social media content; event content; other types of videos
Cross-team collaboration
Collaborate with graphic & motion designers and Italy Marketing team to support campaigns, events, product launches, etc
Work closely with the Media team in Belgium for creative alignment and technical review
Contribute ideas and experiment with new formats, styles or techniques
Requirements
- At least 2+ years of experience in video production Master Premiere Pro and After Effects
- Skills in Illustrator and Photoshop
- Experience with A/V equipment, studio setup, lighting, microphones, cameras
- Ability to manage end-to-end video projects with full ownership
- Creative, curious, flexible and autonomous
- Fluent in Italian (C2) and English (C1)
Nice to have
- Knowledge of 3D software (Blender, Cinema4D).
- Experience in livestreaming, OBS or similar tools
