Responsibilities
We are looking for high caliber individuals for the role of Office Administrator at our Hong Kong office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operational and administrative duties.
Your responsibilities include:
- Manage daily operational procedures of the office, including general maintenance of office logistics, supplies, and inventories
- Coordinate office events, such as happy hour and office get-togethers
- Handle the welcome pack set-up for new hires and work closely with HR staff to facilitate onboarding
- Handle incoming and outgoing mails and packages, manage the office reception area and greet guests
- Manage contract and price negotiations with vendors and service providers
- Perform other administrative support duties as required
MUST HAVE
- Fluent in English & Cantonese
- 1-3 years of experience in general office administration duties in a sizeable company
- Detail-oriented, good problem solving skills and constructive communication skills
- Able to work independently
- Knowledge of general business software (MS Office) and enthusiasm to learn new applications

- A bachelor's degree or equivalent
