About the job
We’re looking for a Motion & Graphic Designer to bring Odoo’s brand to life across digital, events, and campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who can translate complex ideas into clear, engaging visuals and motion content. 🥳
You’ll work closely with the broader Australian based marketing team to produce compelling creative content that drives engagement, and brand recognition. 📈

Motion Design
- Create engaging motion graphics and animations for marketing campaigns social media, ads, and campaigns
- Produce video content for event promotion, product storytelling, and brand awareness
- Record and produce end-to-end customer journey videos within Odoo, demonstrating real business workflows (e.g. lead → sale → invoice → delivery)
- Enhance screen recordings with motion design, annotations, zooms, and overlays to clearly communicate value and simplify complex processes
Graphic Design
- Design digital assets including social ads, email banners, landing pages, and presentations
- Create print materials for events (booth designs, signage, brochures, merchandise)
- Maintain and evolve Odoo’s visual identity across all touchpoints
- Support large-scale events and expos with cohesive visual assets
About you

Here's what we expect from you:
Must have
- 2+ years experience in motion and/or graphic design
- Strong portfolio showcasing both static and motion work
- Proficiency in tools such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
- Ability to translate software processes into clear, engaging visual narratives
- Understanding of digital marketing channels and formats
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and brand consistency
