Odoo APAC is expanding - we are launching a new branch office in the Philippines and we are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Marketing Officer to drive our brand's growth in the Philippines. The ideal candidate combines creative and strategic thinking with a passion for marketing, business technology, and teamwork. This role offers an opportunity to make a significant impact on our brand's presence in the Philippines market.
Your tasks include but are not limited to:
- Pioneer the Market: Develop, expand, and execute the marketing plan to expand brand awareness and lead generation in the Philippines
- Digital & Content: Create engaging content - such as customer testimonials, webinars, blogs, localized social media content - to educate the market and boost SEO, as well as lead marketing campaigns to drive demand generation and brand awareness in the Philippines
- Lead Generation: Develop, manage, and execute online and offline campaigns designed specifically to feed the sales pipeline
- Sales Alignment: Work closely with Direct and Indirect sales teams to share market insights and optimize the lead lifecycle
- Market Intelligence: Conduct research to identify growth opportunities and cultural nuances across different regions of the Philippines

Key Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree, or higher
- Language: Bilingual proficiency in English and Filipino is required, fluency in other Philippine languages is a plus
- Social Media Savvy: Deep understanding of how B2B decisions are influenced on platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and X
- Cultural Agility: Ability to navigate the business cultures within the different regions of the Philippines while adapting to the fast-paced environment of a global company
- Resilience: A creative "problem-solver" mindset. You thrive under pressure and love the challenge of building a presence from scratch
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills for managing stakeholders, partners, and vendors
