Responsibilities
This role requires a dynamic, outgoing individual with strong negotiation skills to manage influencer projects and media activations. The role includes driving results, collaborating with international teams, and handling agency relationships. Creativity and attention to detail are key, with a focus on customizing content and meeting monthly KPIs. Experience and connections in the influencer and media industry are a plus.
Your responsibilities include:
- Influencer Project Management: Lead and manage influencer campaigns from initiation to completion, ensuring projects go live on schedule and deliver measurable results.
- Media Activation: Oversee the execution of advertorials, media placements, and press releases, using strong editorial judgment to craft compelling content.
- Relationship Building: Negotiate with influencers, media outlets, and agencies to secure partnerships and maintain long-term relationships.
- Target Achievement: Work in a goal-oriented environment, meeting monthly KPIs related to the number of influencer projects activated and their performance.
- Creative Content Development: Customize content briefs to align with the unique style of each influencer or media platform, ensuring consistency with brand messaging.
- International Collaboration: Coordinate with colleagues across different regions to ensure seamless integration and alignment of influencer and media strategies.
- Agency Management: Manage and collaborate with external agencies to optimize project outcomes and ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Attention to Detail: Ensure all aspects of the project, from content to execution, are accurate and aligned with overall campaign goals.
MUST HAVE
- Bachelor degree or higher in relevant field
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia & English
- 1 - 3 years experience working with influencers, media, and journalists is preferred
- Outgoing and Proactive: Ability to negotiate, drive results, and actively pursue opportunities, while also excelling in relationship management
- Goal-Oriented: This role is KPI-driven, with success measured by the number of influencer projects launched each month and the results reported for each project
- Collaborate Internationally: Work effectively with colleagues from different countries and cultures
- Media Activation: Oversee the execution of advertorials, media placements, and press releases, requiring strong editorial judgment and skills
- Agency Management: Responsible for managing relationships and projects with external agencies
- Detail-Oriented: Maintain high attention to detail in all aspects of the role
- Creative: Ability to tailor content briefs to match the unique style of each influencer or media outlet

- Good understanding of content goals and the ability to craft relevant briefs for influencers, connecting their content to Odoo
- Able to proofread and make simple adjustments to language in briefs
