About the job
As a Key Account Manager, you will be the strategic point of contact for a portfolio of existing clients, building long-term, high-value relationships that drive measurable outcomes for them and sustainable growth for Odoo. You will be accountable for client retention, identifying expansion opportunities, and securing strategic contract renewals.
A cross-industry, high-exposure role
Your portfolio will span all industries, giving you broad exposure to a wide variety of business models and challenges. For every project, you'll work hand-in-hand with Odoo's Large Account project management team, ensuring smooth and coordinated delivery for your clients from day one.
A wide network of stakeholders
You will engage with numerous stakeholders on the client side, including C-level sponsors and top management defining the strategic direction of their project. You'll also work closely with business analysts, key users, and technical experts driving the implementation day-to-day, as well as Odoo's internal teams covering upgrades, support, and development, making you the central point of contact across the full lifecycle of the relationship.

Main Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of existing clients across all industries and build lasting, strategic partnerships
- Deeply understand client needs and uncover upsell opportunities, acting as their trusted Odoo advisor
- Drive revenue growth by identifying expansion potential and guiding clients toward the right Odoo solutions
- Lead impactful product demonstrations to showcase new apps, features, and versions
- Secure contract renewals and upgrade agreements, from monthly plans to multi-year commitments
- Collaborate with Odoo's Large Account project management team and internal experts (support, upgrade, development) to ensure successful, end-to-end project delivery
Requirements
- Business degree (Bachelor's or Master's), or equivalent professional experience
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a B2B sales, account management, or IT consulting environment
- Proven ability to manage and grow a diverse client portfolio across multiple industries
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage credibly with C-level stakeholders as well as operational and technical teams
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills: you'll be managing a sizeable and varied portfolio
- Strong organizational skills: you will have around 50 clients to manage!
- Fluency in English, French, and Dutch (C1 level)
- Genuine interest in IT, business processes, and the ability to quickly grasp new tools and industries
You'll engage with senior decision-makers, CIOs, CFOs, and CEOs, across organizations of all sizes, helping them rethink how they operate. Understanding their challenges in depth is what allows you to deliver solutions with real, measurable impact.

Two Ways We Serve Our Clients
We work with clients in two different service models.
In some cases, Odoo manages everything from sales to implementation.
In others, we stay the commercial contact while a Partner delivers the implementation.
Direct Service 🔑
- Odoo manages both the commercial relationship and the implementation
- Best fit when client needs are standard and fully covered by Odoo
- Everything handled directly by Odoo teams
Indirect Service 🤝
- Used when client needs go beyond Odoo’s internal scope, such as:
- Custom integrations
- Specific localisation (e.g. accounting, payroll) not yet supported by Odoo - Odoo Partner manages implementation and consultancy
- Odoo keeps full ownership of the commercial relationship

What we offer
Permanent Contract
A 38 hours/week contract including 2 days of home-working per week and flexible hours.
