Sales Onboarding Specialist
Odoo is an open-source enterprise resource planning (ERP) platform that helps companies manage and streamline their operations through a single, integrated system. Our modular suite of business applications—covering everything from accounting and inventory to CRM and project management—works together seamlessly to support efficiency and growth.
What we expect
Hybrid (4 days onsite, 1 day remote) – Brisbane, CA
Responsibilities
Design and deliver structured onboarding education for all incoming sales recruits
Continuously develop, refine, and optimize training materials to reflect product and process evolution
Evaluate demo performance through structured coaching sessions, assessing both product knowledge and sales delivery skills
Must Have
Bachelor's degree (preferably in a business-related field) or equivalent education and experience.
Exceptional communication skills with a confident and engaging personality.
Strong awareness of software and new technologies.
Curiosity to learn how businesses operate.
Nice to Have
Experience with accounting, manufacturing, inventory, CRM, POS, and/or e-commerce software.
SaaS or PaaS pre/post-sales experience.
Ability to balance a serious approach to work with a playful, friendly team atmosphere.
Intrinsic motivation and curiosity to learn more about business owners and their businesses.
Additional languages, Spanish or French preferred.
