About the job
As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support across the employee lifecycle, ensuring HR processes are accurate, compliant, and delivered efficiently. You will maintain employee records, coordinate onboarding and offboarding, manage leave administration, prepare employment documentation, and support payroll and compliance activities.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has exceptional attention to detail, and enjoys creating organised and efficient HR processes.

Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in Odoo
- Manage employee leave requests, balances, and approvals in accordance with company policies and employment legislation.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all documentation, equipment, and system access are managed efficiently.
- Assist with new employee inductions and maintain onboarding documentation.
- Monitor probation review schedules and coordinate performance review administration.
- Maintain confidential employee files and ensure compliance with privacy and record-keeping requirements.
- Respond to employee enquiries relating to HR policies, procedures, leave entitlements, and general employment matters.

Must have
- Previous experience in an HR Administration or Human Resources support role.
- Sound understanding of HR administration processes across the employee lifecycle.
- Experience managing employee records, leave administration, and HR documentation.
- Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of the Fair Work Act, National Employment Standards (NES), and Australian employment legislation.Bachelor or Master Degree The diploma is not the most important.
- Experience coordinating onboarding, offboarding, and employee engagement activities.
- Exposure to recruitment administration and interview coordination.
- Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to identify opportunities to streamline HR processes.
