We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Event Telecaller to join our team in Gandhinagar. The role will focus on engaging with individuals who register for our business events, explaining the event agenda and benefits, answering their queries, and encouraging them to attend.
We organize 2–3 business events every month, and the selected candidate will be responsible for reaching out to registered participants and ensuring maximum attendance through effective follow-ups and communication.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Call all participants registered for upcoming business events.
- Explain the event agenda, schedule, venue, and key highlights.
- Handle basic queries and encourage registered participants to attend the event.
- Follow up with participants and confirm their attendance.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and confirmations.
- Coordinate with the internal event team on attendee updates.
- Track registered participants vs. actual attendees for each event.
- Achieve event-wise attendee conversion targets and earn performance-based incentives on successful conversions.
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of full-time experience specifically as a Telecaller.
- Fluent in English and Hindi.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with outbound calling and target-based work.
- Professional, confident, and result-oriented approach.
- Willingness to work from the Odoo Gandhinagar office.
Nice to Have
- Fluent in English; Kannada language proficiency is preferred.
- Experience in event calling, lead follow-up, customer engagement, or inside sales.
- Familiarity with CRM or lead management tools.
- Previous experience in an incentive-based role.
- Comfortable with regular outbound calling and target-driven work.
