PayNearMe is looking to add a dynamic Senior Product Marketing Manager to our team, reporting to the Senior Director of Product Marketing. Help us reimagine payments!

Job Description

As our Senior Product Marketing Manager, your mission will be to develop a deep understanding of our buyers and our market, and help us communicate our unique value. You’ll develop and maintain the positioning and messaging that differentiate our products in the market and resonate with our target audience. You will understand the buyer’s journey and will develop content to support and enable sales.

What you'll own and be responsible for:

  • Develop and communicate a deep understanding of the payments industry, market trends, and evolving customer needs.
  • Build expertise in the company’s payment software products and clearly articulate their competitive advantages.
  • Define and maintain detailed buyer and user personas, ensuring messaging aligns with customer priorities.
  • Create high-impact, client-facing content including presentations, website copy, blogs, and other assets.
  • Lead go-to-market activities for product and feature launches, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and sales is equipped to succeed.
  • Partner closely with go-to-market teams to deliver effective sales enablement, messaging, and positioning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute product marketing strategies that drive customer adoption and business growth.
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis, delivering insights that position the company effectively and enable sales to win.
  • Lead product-related training and internal knowledge-sharing across the organization.
  • Track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of product marketing programs, continuously refining strategies for impact.

Qualifications

  • 7–10 years of product marketing experience in B2B technology (SaaS, fintech, or payments industry experience strongly preferred).
  • Proven success in positioning and launching products in emerging or competitive markets.
  • Ability to balance strategic priorities with hands-on execution of deliverables.
  • Strong track record of creating messaging, sales tools, and go-to-market assets that drive measurable impact.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation and writing skills; creative problem solver.
  • Highly collaborative yet able to operate independently with minimal oversight.

Salary Range: $145,000 - 175,000
