Job Summary:

We’re looking for a motivated Associate Product Manager to help shape and deliver innovative, data-driven products that power exceptional talent experiences. You’ll work closely with engineering and internal teams to execute sprints, analyze product performance, and ensure smooth coordination across teams and customers.

The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Partner with engineering, QA, and design teams to plan, execute, and deliver releases on time.
  • Analyze product and customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, and user story creation with clear acceptance criteria.
  • Prioritize features, bugs, and technical enhancements to ensure alignment with business goals and customer value.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Support, Implementation, and Solutions teams to capture feedback and translate it into actionable product requirements.
  • Prepare release notes, feature updates, and internal documentation to communicate product value clearly.
  • Conduct product research, competitive analysis, and contribute to roadmap discussions.

What You've Done:

  • 1–4 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a related data/technical role.
  • Proficient with Agile tools (Jira, Confluence) and data tools (Excel, SQL, or analytics platforms like Looker or Power BI).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills — able to translate insights into action.
  • Curious about how data, AI, and platform thinking create value across Phenom products.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or Business preferred.
