Role Description:

We are looking for a Lead Frontend Engineer (Preferably React Js) who will be architecting and developing cutting-edge features for Radiusagent web applications . An ideal candidate will have prior experience in eCommerce Products and worked closely with Product, Design, and other cross-functional partners.

Responsible for-

• You will consistently design, develop, and optimize front-end features — from controller logic to user interface — ensuring seamless functionality and superior performance.
  
• You will proactively identify and resolve bugs with speed and precision to deliver a flawless user experience.
  
• You will collaborate closely with product managers and back-end engineers to translate requirements into elegant, scalable front-end solutions.
  
• You will champion modern web standards, iterate rapidly, and contribute to delivering features that make a real impact.
  
• You will be meticulous about design details, striving for pixel-perfect implementations across all major browsers.
  
• You will write clean, reusable, and highly performant code that supports maintainable and scalable UI components.
  
• You will bring a strong passion for performance tuning, debugging, and benchmarking, ensuring the product runs efficiently under all conditions.
  

Requirement-

• Proven experience in building and scaling commercial web applications.
  
• Strong passion for delivering exceptional user experiences through intuitive and responsive interfaces.
  
• Deep expertise in JavaScript, with hands-on experience using modern frameworks such as React.js, Angular, Node.js, or Ember.js.
  
• Proficiency in crafting elegant, high-quality user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and related front-end technologies.
  
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and back-end engineers.
  
• Excellent communication skills, a keen visual design sense, and extensive experience developing web-based applications that meet both technical and user-centric goals.
