Marketing Manager

Belgium is a key growth market for Sendcloud. As Marketing Manager Belgium, you’ll be building and scaling our local marketing efforts while developing strong partner relationships that drive awareness, adoption, and growth. This is not a traditional marketing role. You’ll act as the local face of Sendcloud in Belgium, connecting marketing strategy with partnerships and commercial impact.You’ll work at the intersection of Marketing, Partnerships, Sales, Growth, and Operations to drive brand awareness, pipeline, and revenue growth in Belgium.

🧐 The Role

As our Marketing Manager Belgium, you’re responsible for building and scaling Sendcloud’s local marketing presence in one of our key growth markets — driving awareness, adoption, and growth through both local marketing initiatives and strong partner relationships.

→ Reporting to the VP Marketing / CMO, you sit at the intersection of Marketing, Partnerships, Sales, Growth, and Operations.

→ Your mission is to own and execute the local marketing strategy for Belgium, driving brand awareness, demand generation, and partner-led growth.

→ You act as the local face of Sendcloud in Belgium — combining marketing strategy with partnerships and commercial impact to build lasting presence in the market.

🎯 What you’ll do

In this role, you’ll own the full scope of marketing and partnership activity for the Belgian market.

  • Own and execute the local marketing strategy for the Belgian market
  • Create local content and marketing campaigns tailored to the Belgian audience
  • Plan and execute co-marketing initiatives with partners (campaigns, events, content, webinars)
  • Drive local demand generation activities aligned with global initiatives
  • Represent Sendcloud at local events, trade shows, and partner events
  • Enable partners with the right messaging, materials, and campaigns to sell Sendcloud effectively
  • Act as the voice of the Belgian market internally, sharing insights, feedback, and opportunities
  • Track performance of marketing and partner activities and continuously optimize for impact

Professionally

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, partner management, or commercial roles (SaaS/E-commerce experience preferred)
  • Proven experience working with partners and external stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Data-driven approach with a focus on impact and results
  • Native Dutch or French speaker, fluent in the other, and comfortable working professionally in English
